Taxes dropping would be unrealistic, but cut out the non-essential services, basically all the ‘extras’, and keep the taxes where they currently sit.

In these expensive times, Art & Heritage can be tabled for now, essential services should be the focus during these times when people can barely make ends meet.

I do not expect property taxes going down when everything is more expensive; however, why not cutting the nonessential services to keep the taxes at the same level. Why approving projects that are not necessary?

Please lower taxes, spending carelessly and thinking the budget will balance itself is not a plan.

Built our house in 2000; property taxes have increased 100% since; enough is enough!
